Whenever someone goes wrong or I need service asap, The fine folks at Grieshbach Motors ALWAYS gets me in to fit my work schedule.

Worst

Called because the a/c went out on my vehicle and I travel a lot for work. Tristan and Patrick were great at getting me in to be seen on short notice, provide a loaner vehicle so...

Several problems arised with the van. The fine associates without hesitation took care of the problems, no questions asked. It's the excellent customer service that does keep me coming back, but hopefully not til spring! Thanks Jon and Company!! more

Didn't really know what was wrong with the car and took it in to them. They figured out what was wrong with it and saved me a great deal of money because I thought it was something else that would have cost me a lot more. Great people working there and friendly staff. more

Are you sure that's all thats wrong? 10/15/2013

Love my 81 mustang, but when it just did not start right, I knew who to call. The fine folks at Grieshbach motors got me in the next day. I drove the car to GB the next day...thinking man this car rights smoothly, only to discover I had the same problem, when I tried to start it while traveling etc. I called the fine folks up asap, and they got me in the same day. Problem solved on the spot. I would not trust my valuable 81 Mustang Cobra with just "anyone". Thanks Griesbach for continuing to make me and many others a very happy customer. more

Excellent service and speed! 10/4/2013

Wow. What a great experience. I was passing through town and my A/C clutch burned out and started screaming at 3:30 in the afternoon. I called the shop and, even though they were booked, they squeezed me in. I pulled up and was greeted quickly, they assessed the problem, ordered parts, and got me on my way within 90 minutes! All that on a Friday afternoon! The staff was very friendly and personable, making the overall experience as pleasant as a breakdown can possibly be. more
