Did not fix the problem,but had no problem charging me. 10/4/2011

Like the other reviewer,Grever owner/technician was very arrogant , when i returned the mower with the same problem a day or two later, he lectured me like i don't know how to cut grass.I have been cutting grass for 35+ years.One more thing when i dropped off the mower he did not state that it would be at least 1 week before he could even take a look at it.But he gladly took a $20.00 deposit for the mower.Judging by all the clutter of unfixed boat ,mower,snow thrower,leaf blower,chain saw engines this guy is way over his head.Stay away from this dealer.Dissatisfied. more

Over priced, poor communication, exaggerated repair complexity. 10/1/2008

Submitted a lawn equipment for repair, stated maximum repair amount and owner/service person exceeded repair allowance by 80% with no explanation. Owner/technician was arrogant regarding cost of repair. Cost of repair exceeded amount to replace with new item. Customer stated that he did not want to exceed a certain dollar amount due to potential replacement with new item. \r \r I will not ever return for service!!
