Like the other reviewer,Grever owner/technician was very arrogant , when i returned the mower with the same problem a day or two later, he lectured me like i don't know how to cut grass.I have been cutting grass for 35+ years.One more thing when i dropped off the mower he did not state that it would be at least 1 week before he could even take a look at it.But he gladly took a $20.00 deposit for the mower.Judging by all the clutter of unfixed boat ,mower,snow thrower,leaf blower,chain saw engines this guy is way over his head.Stay away from this dealer.Dissatisfied.
