we are filing a complaint with the BBB 1/10/2012

we are filing a complaint with the BBB and the attorney general - they not only owe us money but screwed us out of our truck - we were supposed to get $300 back and even have a piece of paper saying so - we never got that then we refinanced a truck that we had for a little over a year and have made payments on - they said no problem but 2 months later they came and got our truck, undid the deal saying they couldn't get it refinanced and since we just financed another car nobody would finance our truck so we are out all the money we paid on the truck plus the down payment that was required for the refinance - plus the car we bought at the same time as the refinance we bought a warranty on and even asked several times if that warranty covered normal wear and tear stuff like clutch, rotors etc etc and was told several times yes - well now our car need a clutch and we find out the warranty does not cover that either - the person who sold us the car and refinanced the truck and screwed everything up was fired shortly after all this happened but they didn't even say so much as sorry to us which is why we are off to the attorney general for some remedy more

Great Service 6/10/2011

Not being one to normally report on personal things, however I felt compelled to let others know abouut the treatment at this dealership. Having purchasased no less than 20 vehicles in my life, and i'm no kid any more, from many different locations. i have just purchased my 5th car from gresham Nissan. The sales staff was awesome, I dealt with Aaron in the Internet department this time, and was amazed at how fast the deal went. I was in and out in less than 2hours with exactly what I was looking for at a great price. A week later I had to bring the car in for a slight mishap and Dealt with Dave in the service department, he was very clear on what we needed to do and it was done while i waited. These Guys are all about service. more

shadiest dealership ever?..yes 5/23/2011

I purchased a 2005 Subaru STi for $23,000 not a cheap car so i figured i would be taken care of. I came to find out that it came with NO floor mats, second key, or jack. Also when i got home later that day i heard a knocking sound in the rear end i took it to my local subaru dealer and he said that both of the rear struts were bad, and that it would cost $1,200. when i contacted Gresham they said they could do nothing for me because it was not a power train issue. The manager was completely shady and i would not consider there service or management competent or honest...end result do NOT waste your time or money with this dealership. more

Unable to do their 152 check point for Certified Pre-Owned 1/19/2011

I wanted to add to the review titled: ""Certified Pre Owned"" cuts corners. I was there for this transaction. I wanted to point out that the missing items are on their checklist and they said they did not have to go by it because this car is being sold for a loss. From a manager ""we only do the minimum requirements for safety."" Below are the items missing and the corresponding points on their checklist. more

""Certified Pre Owned"" cuts corners 1/18/2011

Shady Dealership. I've read the poor reviews about this dealership around the internet and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy a used certified Subaru. Apparently, ""certified"" is a loose term at this dealership as the vehicle I was interested had the following issues: -no floor mats -no passenger side sun visor -no 2nd key for the ignition -no spare tire jack -and a spare tire that was worn so bad on the inside (poor alignment/camber issue) that it was completely bald. I asked for the manager to come look at these issues and I was told that he ""is too busy"" to help me. In the end, I feel that this Subaru dealership does not represent the Subaru family at all. In fact, this dealership could have easily been mistaken for a used car lot on 82nd drive that sell lemons as ""great cars"". This is just one persons opinion, however, do your own research and you will find many other views that are inline with mine. There are several other quality Subaru dealerships in the Metro area that you are better off spending your hard earned money on. more

Tires for Life guarantee not honored 11/27/2010

I bought a 2001 Outback Limited in July 2007. Part of the sales pitch was Tires for Life as long as I got all the service performed at their service department. After an oil change in 2009, the customer service rep said I needed new tires, the tread was getting really low. When he discovered I have Tires for Life, he said he couldn't replace them yet. more

Worst service department I have ever encountered 11/16/2010

While the sales team was great at selling me the car and service contract, it was difficult to get the service manager and team to honor the service contract ""extended Warranty"". Asked for a simple water stain removal, and they used some cleaner that made the stain worse. Would not honor the replacement of the fabric, when I pointed out that the stain was worse than before. This is one of the worst shops with the lowest amount of integrity. Warranty agreements are a waste of money!!!!! more

Go somethere else - don't waste your precious time 4/18/2010

I just asked for the price of the car and the carfax, which he never sent me. When I told the salesperson I wasn't interested (and I had to keep replying to his constant emails that I wasn't interested) here is one of his replies to me by email: Pros: Can't think of any Cons: scarier than usual used car sales people more

poor service 10/9/2009

Sadly this place lives up to every negative stereotype for a car dealership. We've had a few bad experiences here: purchased a vehicle then when we picked it up it had about 100 miles more on the odometer - no explanation, windshield replaced but they didn't use factory parts and they left off the seal, but the latest is a guy in finance who doesn't return phone calls. His version of ""I'll get back to you in a few minutes"" is hours or not at all and when I call back in, he doesn't apologize for his unprofessional behavior. There are better Nissan dealerships out there and we won't be back to this one for sales or service. I'm contacting Nissan USA next. Cons: lack of professionalism more

Keep their promises 8/23/2008

We bought a used car here. Pretty easy - liked the car and the way we were treated. But the car stank when we drove it a while. The head gaskets were leaking oil. Amazingly, the car was covered under the ""power train warranty"" they had told us about. The head gaskets were replaced at no charge. The cashier gave us a ""free car wash"" coupon when we picked up the car on a Saturday. Would I go back? Uh, yeah. more

Wow! What a Deal! NOT! Poor Service Dishonest Dealer 3/28/2007

They Told me one thing then fat fingered the contract adding extra cost items saying they were included! I never agreed to purchase a warranty theft deterent or sealants! Check your Math and don't trust their sales staff to tell you the truth. Had to cancel all the add on's after the fact and they did not make it easy. Again Wow! Pros: Location Cons: Everything else! more
