I bought a 2001 Outback Limited in July 2007. Part of the sales pitch was Tires for Life as long as I got all the service performed at their service department. After an oil change in 2009, the customer service rep said I needed new tires, the tread was getting really low. When he discovered I have Tires for Life, he said he couldn't replace them yet.
