called Friday and had a 8 am appointment for Monday I don't open till 9 but I open early so my tenant will get service, the tech shows at almost noon, says he will return the next day at 8, you guessed it no show. I call by 3 to find out what has happened. No apologies just an excuse and a new appointment for the following day. This is a business with money to spend for years to come with this company. I have to leave for 20 mins and I leave a note on the door and the tenant is home to see the service person. who shows up and leaves with 6 mins before my return. He could not wait 6 mins or check with the tenant. When I call the woman is rude blames me for the failure and screams at me. did not have the slightest amount of customer service and no matter what I said she just screamed over me. I have never been so happy to cancel an order. Keep searching the phone book your bound to find someone who actually plans to try to help you for the money you spend. I found a new machine for less than the repair! Boo and shame on Gresham Appliance. more

Tech never showed, we are five minutes away and not hard to find. I waited for four hours. Girl who answered knew nothing and took no responsibility. Said he went home and nothing could be done. Horrible service! more

THANK YOU to Bob and Dennis with Gresham Appliance. My washing machine was not working and they came out with in a few hours of calling. Bob was the first to arrive and he was so wonderful and understanding to my needs. A part had to be purchased so Dennis came out a few hours later and did the repair. Dennis was so pleasant and efficient. Same day Fix!!! THANK YOU!! I will tell everyone I know how great you folks have been.. more

Great place for frustration! 11/8/2011

This place is the worst! Got a washer and it was a lemon. Started ripping up my clothes and then started squirting oil and grease on my clothes! I went in and called for 2 months before I had to threaten them with further action to get a new washer out to me. They wouldn't just give me my money back, either. Was lied to and ignored. They finally told me a time they would come out and they didn't. When I called them again, I was told the exact same lie they used the first time they delivered as to why they were 4 hours late! I lost time off of work to wait for them the second time and they never showed, with no call to let me know or anything. The owner never called me, even though I requested to talk with him. I FINALLY got my replacement washer, so we'll see how long this one works. NEVER, EVER go here!!!!!! more

I had two recommendations and they lived up to them well.. I called and he diagnosed over the phone, showed up on time; and had the problem fixed withing five min. Clean and very professional. more

Very bad service! 1/8/2010

Apparently the service has gone downhill since 2005. I've had lousy service and customer service. I also had to also pester them to fix my appliance properly, since it wasn't done the first time. Save yourself the headache and hassle and go somewhere else!! more

I found this place to be of minimal help when it came to attempting to repair my dryer initially. After much pestering, the man finally helped me to find the part I needed and got me out of there!! more

Need that hard to find appliance part 10/13/2005

Gresham Appliance is a great place to go for that hard to find appliance part. They have always been able to assist me in finding the part I need. They also do house calls to fix your broken appliance. The prices are great and the customer service go the extra mile. They have a small shop with some very nice used appliances for sale as well more

We have used Gresham Appliance Service several times for our rental properties. We have used their repair services as well as purchased new appliances and 2 used ranges.
