called Friday and had a 8 am appointment for Monday I don't open till 9 but I open early so my tenant will get service, the tech shows at almost noon, says he will return the next day at 8, you guessed it no show. I call by 3 to find out what has happened. No apologies just an excuse and a new appointment for the following day. This is a business with money to spend for years to come with this company. I have to leave for 20 mins and I leave a note on the door and the tenant is home to see the service person. who shows up and leaves with 6 mins before my return. He could not wait 6 mins or check with the tenant. When I call the woman is rude blames me for the failure and screams at me. did not have the slightest amount of customer service and no matter what I said she just screamed over me. I have never been so happy to cancel an order. Keep searching the phone book your bound to find someone who actually plans to try to help you for the money you spend. I found a new machine for less than the repair! Boo and shame on Gresham Appliance.
