I moved into a new house and the trees in the backyard all needed to be trimmed. Gregory Forrest Lester came out to give me an estimate. They were very professional and their prices were reasonable. They also took the time to talk to me about landscaping ideas since the house was new and we didn't have much planted in the yard. When the crew came out to do the work, they put plywood down, so the big trucks wouldn't cause damage to my yard. I was very pleased with their work. It was exactly what I expected. I would never recommend this tree company to anyone. During the severe windstorm from Hurricane Ike we had a tree fall on our house. Gregory Lester did respond quickly and came out to remove the tree the next day. However, after talking to my insurance company, coworkers, friends, etc., I was startled to find out from everyone that the amount we were charged was extremely high. \r \r Upon calling this company to discuss the invoice and to find out exactly why they had charged us this amount, both Jeff Lester and Gregory Lester yelled at me on the telephone, to the point I was on the verge of tears. The unprofessionalism of this company was startling. I would highly suggest that before using this company you get a 2nd estimate of the same tree work. Their prices are extremely high and the service you receive does not reflect the high cost you will pay. I will never use this company again and would strongly discourage anyone else from using this company.
