I would never recommend this tree company to anyone. During the severe windstorm from Hurricane Ike we had a tree fall on our house. Gregory Lester did respond quickly and came out to remove the tree the next day. However, after talking to my insurance company, coworkers, friends, etc., I was startled to find out from everyone that the amount we were charged was extremely high. \r

Upon calling this company to discuss the invoice and to find out exactly why they had charged us this amount, both Jeff Lester and Gregory Lester yelled at me on the telephone, to the point I was on the verge of tears. The unprofessionalism of this company was startling. I would highly suggest that before using this company you get a 2nd estimate of the same tree work. Their prices are extremely high and the service you receive does not reflect the high cost you will pay. I will never use this company again and would strongly discourage anyone else from using this company. Another tree service will provide better pricing and better customer service and professionalism.
