Worst

Jim and Frez arrived on time. They were very efficient and installed new furness and explained what they were doing as work progressed. Nice young men.

Furnace Igniter Replacement 2/11/2016

Antonio C came out to look at my furnace which was not working. He quickly determined that the furnace igniter had broken and replaced it. He was competent and cheerful. The price was a little high but not unreasonable. more

Heating Yearly Service 12/23/2015

Hicham was extremely polite and informative and on time. Since we had just moved to this house, he gave us information about our heater that we did not know. He checked out everything and let us know the status of each category. We were so pleased we signed up for the yearly maintenance contract. Good job. more

Furnace maintenance 12/21/2015

Service tech showed up during promised time frame, called ahead 220 minutes to tell me he was due to arrive soon, explained the services performed and components that were not ready for replacement that should be monitored. Wore shoe protection when measuring temperature at the register. Very professional service call. more

Greenwood Heating is very reliable 4/20/2006

I've had good luck with Greenwood Heating over the last five years--they have very knowledgeable repair people. My only advice is, don't let them sell you anything newfangled. They put in a crazy Lennox CompleteHeat system when we remodeled five years ago, and they have spent a lot of time out here since (on their dime). I've been impressed with how well they've backed up the Lennox warranty and their own guarantees, though. They also installed a new furnace in a rental for me last fall, and did a great job. more
