The first impression during design was great but the final product leaves much to be desired. Considering the cost of construction, the fit and finish of the final product of our new custom build is sub-par. For my time and money, I'd look elsewhere if I were to do it all over again. more

New Home Build 7/24/2015

Talk about getting screwed! Now the home is built and this builder does not stand and fight for the homeowner when the job is not done correctly the first time. My family is left in the dust of this builder. Once they get your money they are gone and they will come back once you find them; however at a cost to the homeowner. Plain and simple! They suck! Not a pretty way of writing it but it get's the message across. Do yourself a favor, which we did not do. We trusted their realtor, which was the beginning of our problems. Other homeowners were also mislead by the realtor representing greenwood design flaw company. more

MN buildet 4/29/2015

Folks, think twice before using this builder. Our family did and we regret it. Slow is being mild, follow-up does not exist. Once they have your money good luck getting a Greenwood rep for follow up. We are not the only homeowner fed up with this group. I have contacted other homeowners on their experience and it was not good. If anyone is pleased with this group consider yourself very fortunate. I have never been around so many disgruntled subcontractors. Greenwoods guy in the field is clueless, his time management skills are nonexistentent and rude is his calling card If anyone hires this group building their home, "buyer beware!" more

Our bathroom remodel turned out beautifully 1/9/2013

They are really nice people with an amazing taste. They were clean and very respectful. The work was done extremely well and fast too. I will probably call them again next year to do my kitchen. more
