Folks, think twice before using this builder. Our family did and we regret it. Slow is being mild, follow-up does not exist. Once they have your money good luck getting a Greenwood rep for follow up. We are not the only homeowner fed up with this group. I have contacted other homeowners on their experience and it was not good. If anyone is pleased with this group consider yourself very fortunate. I have never been around so many disgruntled subcontractors. Greenwoods guy in the field is clueless, his time management skills are nonexistentent and rude is his calling card
If anyone hires this group building their home, "buyer beware!"
