I had Chad out to fix my air conditioning system. I used greenstar in the past and was pleased with the service. I like this company.

GREAT PROFESSIONAL COMPANY 4/13/2012

I had Alfred out to my home yesterday to perform an AC tuneup before the summer starts. He was very polite and willing to answer every question i had. He finished quickly and cleaned up after himself. I was provided with a full review of the work he performed and everything he recommended for the future. I will be calling greenstar for any problems i have in the future. more

WATER SYSTEM 4/3/2012

The water system I put in my home is great. I can notice the difference in how clean and fresh the water feels and that the chlorine smell is gone. I also noticed that my skin feels much healthier. more

CHLORAMINES 3/25/2012

Jack and the green star guys did a great job presenting and then installing a water filtration system that takes out the chlorine and chloramines from my water in the house. The tank is huge and very impressive. Jack went over contact time with the media and all of the flow rates. Very professional and I like that they can work on my furnace also. more

John did a really nice job. He took care of my duct work and also did the flush of my water heater. This is my second time having John out. He definately is a company man and takes pride in what he does. I like that he swept out my driveway for me before he left. more

Gald I called green star. The plumber that did the safety check on my house found a big leak in my pipe that vented the carbon monoxide out of the room. He fixed it and included it in the service. Very good job by Chad. more

""Warranty Card"" What a genius marketing gimic! I thought I could call in and speak to someone on the phone and get these guys to admit they where not my plumber or admit that they where my warranty company. I could not get them to lie. They where actually honest and told me about the marketing piece and that they where drumming up new business by offering a service credit on preventative maintenance. Nice bunch of guys, I thought they where the normal dirty unethical company, I was wrong. I like how they have background checked and drug tested guys and that they donate to a no kill animal shelter. I am glad I called in and spoke to them. more

Used them for the first time today and I have to say the two guys that came to my home where very respectful and didnt stink like smoke or look like a werewolf. Prices are a tad high but they make up for it. more

Excellent service 3/2/2012

The Greenstar maintenance team came to our home and serviced our heating and AC systems. The found things that were done incorrectly by the builder as well as maintenance items needed after living in our home for 10 years. The technician was a perfectionist. They were very polite, showed up on time and did great work at a reasonable price. I fully trust the work they did and would call them again in the future. I even signed up for a 1 year maintenance package to also maintain my hot water heater. more

Dial One ? 2/29/2012

I have been a Dial One customer for many years. I call Dial One and got green star on the phone. They charged me $59.00 to come out to my house and perfom a diagnosis of my hvac system. After the diagnoses they reccomended for me to call amana and get a factory dealer out becuse it would save me money. I am glad they did try to charge me a big repair fee and that they where honest and ethical by having me call amana. I didnt like paying the $59.00 for them to come out but with the price of gas and costs of running a business I guess thats fair since I called them to come out. (What happened to the good old days when the owners of the business would come out for free just for the coffee) Anyways, I only ended up spending $240.00 for the fix after the amana guy came out. (Still pretty cheap) more

charity program is cool, im a big dog lover. 2/28/2012

I really like how these guys donate to Pet Match Rescue. I had them out to fix my bathroom toilet and the plumber was great and I was really suprised on how they have the greenstarcares charity. My sister actually goes to the PETCO that they set up at every Sunday and looks at the dogs. more

The man at the Ferguson showroom reffered me to Green star. Mike did a great job explaining everything to me and the installation of the tankless went fairly smooth. more

Sunday Morning Service 2/19/2012

My water tank was leaking all over the floor so I recieved the information on this company from my neighbor in Newport Beach who had this company do some drain work at her house. First of all they actually answered the phone on a Sunday morning. (Although not sure the representative was the company or answereng service) but anyways I still got throught. They sent a plumber out right away, probably took a little over an hour for the guy to show up. Very not what I expected, he was super nice and personable. He fixed some sort of line that was leaking to the tank and was in and out in a half hour. The charge for the service was $89.00 fee for the call out and $242.00 for the fix. Overall very good and saved my Sunday. more

called this plumbing company because of a card in the mail. I have to say very good service and the plumber was not scary. the cost of the final amount seemed alittle high but probably worth it. the plumber gave me a refrigerator magnit that i love and can add to my collection. more

Jared found a valve that was installed incorrectly and a safety risk if not corrected. I called my son who is a contractor and Jared took pictures and sent then to him. My son said Jared really did a good job and the thing on the water heater needed to be fixed. Jared gave me a senior dicount. more

i had scotty to my house for a very exspensive grohe shower head. he came in the middle of my late afternoon soiree and was very polite and did not disrupt it. scott interacted well with my guests and i actually invited him to stay. more
