""Warranty Card"" What a genius marketing gimic! I thought I could call in and speak to someone on the phone and get these guys to admit they where not my plumber or admit that they where my warranty company. I could not get them to lie. They where actually honest and told me about the marketing piece and that they where drumming up new business by offering a service credit on preventative maintenance. Nice bunch of guys, I thought they where the normal dirty unethical company, I was wrong. I like how they have background checked and drug tested guys and that they donate to a no kill animal shelter. I am glad I called in and spoke to them.
