I've always gone to Greene's and my parents always went there too. LOVE the drive through, easy-peasy, just drop your stuff off, no parking hassles. Love the Convenience! 8/19/2015

If you are looking for quality work and convenience then Greene's is the place for you. I use their dry cleaning, laundry, and pick-up services and I have never had a complaint. I also appreciate their friendly staff and their email specials. They truly are the best of the best! more

Greene's Cleaners are my go to cleaners in Napa. They do a great job on everything from rugs and drapes to shirts and slacks. They never loose my clothes. They also offer great seasonal specials. more

I have been using Greene's Cleaners for a very long time. They pick up my linens twice weekly and deliver them to my home. Now that is service!!! I have been most pleased with the job they do. more

Greene's Rock 7/22/2015

We have been a long time customer of Greene's and we love them. From Angel, our driver, coming in a couple times a week to check on our dirty pick ups to dropping off perfectly clean linens and cloths. They rock! They are awesome from their accounting and book keeping as well. We get our monthly statement easily over email and it makes it so easy to keep track of items. Lastly their weekly email updates and specials are great as well. An awesome company all around and we are glad to have a relationship with Greene's Nick Dolata, GM Pizzeria Tra Vigne more

Some Good, Some Bad 7/22/2015

CONS: I had a difficult time with them years ago, when they repeatedly tried to bill me for someone else's drapes: I called them to explain the mix-up, they stopped billing me for a while, and then RESUMED billing me again for the same thing. It took a second phone call higher up the ladder to finally get that stopped. PROS: Far more recently, their resident seamstress altered my wedding jacket, which was a very complicated traditional east Indian thing with lots of bling, and she did a really kick-ass job quickly and on the cheap. She offered lots of options and solutions and was a good communicator. more

Where have they been! 5/16/2011

OMG!?? Where has this cleaners been all my life. Recently moved to napa and I can't tell you how awsome their cleaning and service is. Yes their prices are a bit more, but so is my Armani stuff. Now I know why my friends didn't hesitage to say Greene's when I asked them where I should get my cleaning done. more

I appreciate the drive through on Jefferson.Your prices are a little higher but I find Greene's is the place to go if you have special clothing to have cleaned and don't want to take any chances. more

There is one young lady who works the window @ the Jefferson store in the morning who is exeptional! She remembers my name/phone#, that I don't want a reciept & want my clothes to be delivered. I am a loyal customer & vocal advocate of Green's because of her. Dry cleaners can clean clothes, few make a customer smile consistently over the years. more
