Review content:
CONS: I had a difficult time with them years ago, when they repeatedly tried to bill me for someone else's drapes: I called them to explain the mix-up, they stopped billing me for a while, and then RESUMED billing me again for the same thing. It took a second phone call higher up the ladder to finally get that stopped.
PROS: Far more recently, their resident seamstress altered my wedding jacket, which was a very complicated traditional east Indian thing with lots of bling, and she did a really kick-ass job quickly and on the cheap. She offered lots of options and solutions and was a good communicator.
