Good: Scott's tireless efforts and diligence have afforded us the luxury of a good night's sleep. With all we have been through these past four months, losing everything but the clothes we were wearing to a fire, I was beginning to think that was impossible. Yesterday was the best day this family has seen in a long time! Directly as a result of the relentless work Scott Agulnick put forth for us.
Never once did he complain with my neverending string of emails, questions and calls. He was always patient, forth. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: None.
