BAD Business Practice! 12/14/2017

We called and ask them for an estimate on our air conditioning system. I had also called another company for an estimate, a competitor. We decided to go with the competitors estimate as it was a much lower dollar amount. Green Valley Cooling & Heating did a follow up call on the estimate and I made the mistake of telling them I had went with the competitor! The other company was half the cost, and yes they were just replacing an a/c so I said no I DID NOT WANT A PERMIT! ... turned us INTO PIMA COUNTY FOR NO PERMIT to harm the competitor's reputation! I was told the only thing I could do is file a Injunction Against Harassment against ...! WHAT A BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR THEM TO DO JUST TO HURT THEIR COMPETITION! It's really NONE of their business! I just made the mistake of telling them who the other company was! BBBBEEEEE VERY very careful with this company! more

Installation of furnace and duct cleaning 6/30/2017

I found your people to be informative and knowledgeable, installed furnace in much less time than I expected, and it works very well. Duct cleaning was done with care and much to my satisfaction. All work went well and I am well satisfied. more

I want to thank the company for sending Mike-he is the best Tech that has come to my house. He is quick and takes care of business. I asked him to let me know if there was any test lower this time as I would have the item fixed now instead of later. He told me everything looked good. Ethical or a sore looser 5/18/2017

Company came out and gave us an estimate to replace our old system. We decided to go with a competitor. When they called to follow up on their estimate, we told them that we had gone with a competitor quote. So Pete Perves turns competitor into the ROC for not pulling a permit. I was advised to file an injunction against harassment. You would be surprised what some companies will do to ruin their competitors, you would think that GV Heating & Cooling would've been a more ethical business! more
