Review content:
We called and ask them for an estimate on our air conditioning system. I had also called another company for an estimate, a competitor. We decided to go with the competitors estimate as it was a much lower dollar amount. Green Valley Cooling & Heating did a follow up call on the estimate and I made the mistake of telling them I had went with the competitor! The other company was half the cost, and yes they were just replacing an a/c so I said no I DID NOT WANT A PERMIT! ... turned us INTO PIMA COUNTY FOR NO PERMIT to harm the competitor's reputation! I was told the only thing I could do is file a Injunction Against Harassment against ...! WHAT A BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR THEM TO DO JUST TO HURT THEIR COMPETITION! It's really NONE of their business! I just made the mistake of telling them who the other company was! BBBBEEEEE VERY very careful with this company!
