Green Man Lawn & Landscape

After reading the negative review of this company, I was compelled to write my own positive review. I experienced the complete opposite of this other person. After calling several lawn companies that never answered their phone I called Green Man. To my suprise, they answered the phone and were able to help me right away. Their sales person came out the next day. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of services that I didn't feel I needed or wanted like other companies have in the past. This really impressed me. I signed up for their fertilizer program and spring aeration. After the third application, it happened to rain the evening they fertilized and sprayed for weeds. They said that if this happened they would come back out and respray the weeds for me. I was sceptical, but they did. I will definitalely be using Green Man for years to come. Well at first I thought these guys would be wonderful.. very nice people to talk to on the phone and the sales guy was very personable. I paid up front to get a little discount.. I got one treatment on my lawn.. then they charged my credit card an extra 70.00.. I called and told them I already paid.. and they retracted the payment..and offered me a fall aeration.. Second treatment was okay..except I asked the guy to spray my rocks for weeds on the side of my driveway.. and he didn't! Then we waited 2 and a half months .. no one came out.. I was told they were backed up and didn't have enough people.. ( Is that my problem.. hmmm) My lawn looks horrible.. I called to cancel my service and ask for a refund on my remaining balance.. Well it is about 3 weeks now.. no refund.. I called today.. and she said she would get back to me (again).. I'm not happy! Save your peace of mind.. don't use these guys for your lawn care!!
