Well at first I thought these guys would be wonderful.. very nice people to talk to on the phone and the sales guy was very personable.
I paid up front to get a little discount..
I got one treatment on my lawn..
then they charged my credit card an extra 70.00..
I called and told them I already paid.. and they retracted the payment..and offered me a fall aeration..
Second treatment was okay..except I asked the guy to spray my rocks for weeds on the side of my driveway.. and he didn't!
Then we waited 2 and a half months ..
no one came out..
I was told they were backed up and didn't have enough people.. ( Is that my problem.. hmmm)
My lawn looks horrible.. I called to cancel my service and ask for a refund on my remaining balance.. Well it is about 3 weeks now.. no refund.. I called today.. and she said she would get back to me (again).. I'm not happy!
Save your peace of mind.. don't use these guys for your lawn care!!
Pros: Nice people to talk too
Cons: Horrible undepenable service!
