I am new to the area so I googled air duct and Green Homes came up several times. This is the reason I chose them. They gave me a window of a 2 hr time frame for the technician to come and consult with me as to the Air Duct Cleaning. He did make it within the time frame and to my surprise he actually knew his job. There was no rush or pressure to sign me up, he answered all my questions and advised me on what needed to be done. I found their pricing, as i checked with other companies to be in the ball park of other quotes, but what pushed me in their direction was the level of comfort I felt with the technicians experience. I gave them the job and am more then pleased with the service with the and quality of work which I received. As I sit here watching my furniture dry, every spot I pointed out to the cleaners, all of which they promised would fade away when dry, are still there. And I paid $45 extra to clean the fabric headboard only to find that they didn't even to the lower third and missed a huge section of the middle. They came in and assessed the furniture before they started working, and promised to spot clean, vacuum, sterilize and then clean all of the fabric. When they were finished I pointed out several huge spots. I was told repeatedly they were water spots. Water spots aren't brown. They reworked the larger spots and one small spot after I asked repeatedly - and in fact they got much lighter - but to now see huge sections missed is really a disappointment. AND, they did not honor the $99 coupon for a Sofa and Love Seat as promised. I won't be going back anytime soon. more
