Green Home Air Duct Cleaning

I think it serves each and every one of you complaining homeowners right. Why would a company come in at $59.00 to clean your ducts and not try and upsale you. A proper duct cleaning takes several hours. you get what you pay for cheapskates! more

Great at first, but then I called over a 3 week span to schedule an appointment, I called 2-3 times per week, no answer, left a message no return call. When I finally got a hold of someone she said they were moving to a new facility so they couldnt pull the paper work (which made so sense to me, what do you expect to do when someone calls?!) She said they would call me back, which never happened. I called again the next week, and when I complained about the past problems, she could care less.She set up an appointment, finally, with out pulling my paper work, which didnt make sense to me, then someone called the day before and canceled (awesome!) we rescheduled and no one ever showed up. I am in still in the situation now, trying to figure out if this will ever get cleaned, and now i am REALLY regretting spending my money there, which was over $1,000!! This price covers a lifetime of cleaning, but what is the point when you cant get a hold of anyone, super sketchy company...Should have read the reviews first! more

Don't waste your time unless you want to spend $1000 on cleaning. Ultimate bait-and-switch. Although they will blame you for ""not understanding"". Further, their customer service is lacking and they are flippant all the way from the office staff to the field tech. There is a spirit of arrogance running through this group that is uncalled for in business. more

The only good thing was the tech was on time. I chose this company based on the $59.95 flier in the mail-what a joke. The tech (Steve) kept trying to 'upsell' other services, some over $1000. I told him from the beginning that I only wanted the basic service-just clean my vents & ductwork. He stopped working 5-6 times to aggressively pressure me into other services. When I made it clear I wasn't interested-he actually went into my living room & called his office, & very loudly discussed how I needed all these different services,and he couldn't believe that I wouldn't buy in. He did a poor job on a couple of vents-so I called the company after he left. He called me & said he could come out another time, I just bluntly told him that his aggressive sales tactics were such a turn off that I didn't want him in my house again & that I wouldn't recommend Green Home to anyone. PS-when I called them to schedule, I asked what makes their company 'Green' the scheduler couldn't answer at first & just kind of mumbled a reply about chemicals-so I asked the tech the same question when he showed up. He paused & squirmed for a bit & gave a completely different answer that included ""we don't use big vans, so we use less fuel.' Are you really a 'Green' company-or did you name yourselves that hoping to cash in with people concerned with the environment??? more

Great experience with this company! The technician came out and inspected my whole system. He walked me through the estimate and then took me around and pointed out the problems -- our house is 12 years old and had never had the ducts cleaned before. He did not pressure us at all. We had most of the things he recommended completed and couldn't be happier! I'd recommend this company to everyone! more

I scheduled an appointment with Green Home Air Duct Cleaning to have our homes air ducts cleaned. I picked this company because of the special they were running for $59.95. I was cancelled on three different times. This company has horrible customer service and is very unreliable. I was called the first two times without notice cancelling the appointment (once during my scheduled time). The third time was a no show and when I called to see where they were I was told that the tech was stuck on a job 2 hours away and didn't know when he could make it. I didn't receive a call (I had to call them), I didn't receive any type of apology or resolution what so ever. When I told her that if they were cancelling on me again then I was going with another company, she simply said ""okay"" and then hung up. I've since gone back to different sights and any comment left for this company is horrible. Stay away!! more

Their advertisement is false. Also called and made an appt. and they didn't even call or show up. Very unreliable company. Don't use them. more

If you want a high pressured in home sales call with bad attitude use this company, if you want your vents cleaned, call someone else. I also had the 59.95 coupon from the paper. Dan showed up with his vacuum halfway through the cleaning he sat down with me and told me it was going to cost $850. I politely told him I could not afford that and he pressured on saying I could use a credit card...really...like I don't have to pay that plus interest. I told him to just do the 59.95 cleaning and he finished up by slaming doors and throwing baby attitude, I wish I would not have had him finish (or come over in the first place. I could have vacuumed my vents out myself which is all he did. Do not waste your time, money or sanity letting these people in your home. This company does not even deserve 1 star. more

just want to second everything that the first. Review said never use this company he wanted to charge me 1500 dollars thank heavens I got this guy out of my house use someone that is certified. more

The service of Green Home's tech Dan was HORRIBLE! You get a vibe from someone as soon as you meet them, and I didn't feel good about him from the start. more
