I scheduled an appointment with Green Home Air Duct Cleaning to have our homes air ducts cleaned. I picked this company because of the special they were running for $59.95.
I was cancelled on three different times. This company has horrible customer service and is very unreliable. I was called the first two times without notice cancelling the appointment (once during my scheduled time). The third time was a no show and when I called to see where they were I was told that the tech was stuck on a job 2 hours away and didn't know when he could make it. I didn't receive a call (I had to call them), I didn't receive any type of apology or resolution what so ever. When I told her that if they were cancelling on me again then I was going with another company, she simply said ""okay"" and then hung up.
I've since gone back to different sights and any comment left for this company is horrible. Stay away!!
