I am a very unhappy customer. the cleaning job was so subpar and the the office help is rude and has a ""who cares"" type of attitude. My apartment was left in the same condition it was before they arrived. I wouldnt suggest anyone every waste there money on this company. Cons: nothing was done right/poor management more

I move out to a new apartment last Friday and 2 cleaners came with a big ""yellow cleaning machine"" from Green Apple Maids. They finish the cleaning of my one bedroom apartment in less than 2 hours! and they left my apartment spotless! Pros: fast! fast! fast! more

My 76 years old mother was coming home from hospital. I called Green Apple Maids for a cleaning service to my mother's apartment the day before and I asked for same day service. I had to have my mother's home clean as a gift to her. Green Apple Maids arrived at 8pm and stayed to 2am to clean my mother's home. My mother was very happy to see her home clean. I work with Michael, the owner of Green Apple Maids, and his crew week in, week out, and I can tell you one thing about the man and his outfit. They're completely dedicated to leaving you satisfied. Impressively so. I am a broker in Williamsburg and offer my tenants a free cleaning with Michael's maid service with every lease signing so I am constantly working with them, and constantly watching them operate. I hired Green Apple Maid to clean our new home before we moved in. The service was a complete joke! There was nothing thorough about the cleaning. The person arrived almost an hour late she said she got lost on the train and didnt have a bucket or vacuum. She mopped using a dirty mop and just moved the dirt around. She was talking on her cell phone most of the time she was ""cleaning"". She couldnt clean the kitchen cabinets because she didn't have a ladder and some how scratched my stainless steel oven. Truly a horrible experience. more

I was excited when I found this company because there are so few green cleaning services in the NY area. The person on the phone described a real professional service and even charged a fair price. The service itself was far from anything professional and can't believe the sell there services as green cleaning. The whole purpose of ""green cleaning"" is to use no chemicals and have organice products. The maid came heavy fragranced chemicals in filthy bottles. She had no clue about the green cleaning process. I asked her how long she had been doing this and she said she just started and used to be a home health aid! I was planning on leaving while the cleaning was going on be have to honestly say I felt uncomfortable leaving her home alone so I was stuck in the house for almost 5 hours. After the cleaning was complete my apartment was still dusty, floors were sticky in certain places, missed spots on my stove and fridge and now had a harsh chemical odor. I would never use them again. Pros: Able to get an appointment next day Cons: Not real green cleaning, poor quality more

Found this company Green Apple Maids on the internet and I would have been better off going to a homeless shelter to find someone to clean my apartment. The price was pretty cheap so I went with them but when the person came she looked like she had just left from a rehab. I actually cant find a watch I had in my dresser(can't prove she took it) but she was the only one in my apartment besides me and I know I didn't take it. I called the office to complain and the guy who answered can barely speak English and was very rude. Well I learned my lesson and will make sure I check references or at least go with someone with revies on citysearch. Cons: Things seem to be missing & cleaner needed a cleaning more
