I work with Michael, the owner of Green Apple Maids, and his crew week in, week out, and I can tell you one thing about the man and his outfit. They're completely dedicated to leaving you satisfied. Impressively so. I am a broker in Williamsburg and offer my tenants a free cleaning with Michael's maid service with every lease signing so I am constantly working with them, and constantly watching them operate.
Pros: They'll do the job till you're satisfied.
Cons: They're not robots.
