Do not get any service work done at this location. I did twice and the work was not done correctly. the first time I had front pads installed on my 99 Olds Alero and they did not install the anti rattle clips after taking it back to get corrected I was told that they though that they could get away without installing them. I did understand that because I have done that before. But they charged me the same amount (over $200.00) to install the clips so a simple brake job cost over $400.00
This year one of my belts broke and they were the nearest auto service location it took over 4 hours to replace two belts (I tried to tell them that the belts were just replaced 8 months ago) after they replaced the belts I started to get a squealing noise. The next day i took the car back and was told by the owner it was the Idler Pulley I told Pat I had that replaced in October also. He told me that he could have it checked the next day but it would cost $45.00 to see where the noise was coming from and they will spray the pulley with WD40 and if the sound would go away it's the pulley.
I went to the mechanic that did the original repairs and he told me that he had the same issue and had to call the Chrysler Dealership parts department. The fix was to use OEM belts
