Good: What i thought was agood car.. Bad: The salesperson was deceptive. took picture of right side and the left have damage. took picture of one part of the roof when the rest have damage. They knew it but that is just how sleezy they are. To top it off, no return call once money is received and before that , they acted like i did not have the money cause it did not get there in 10 minutes. I bought the car cash, let's see which one of their scummy sales pepople got $50000 sitting in the bank for car purchase???. Improvements: fired the entire staff, dishonest sales people. non responsive manager, bookeeper that is ignorant and office staff on valium..you name it they got it. I guess BMW jsut can't find anyone else to sell their car and got stuck with this team of idiots. Make that arrogant idiots..
