Grassland Power

As the owner of Grassland Power, I am not sure what this posting is all about. Must be talking about some other company, mower and customer.\r Georgia Turf & Tractor has been closed for over a year now. I took my working Honda mower in for yearly service. It came back broken. It would not run at all when I lifted out of the truck. I was told that the repair would be too costly and I was offered a refund of 1/3 of the $ I paid for the repair for my mower, and they got to keep the mower. I took my mower to an authorized service center (GA Turf) and $130 later got my working mower back. Best case, these guys are incompetent. Worst case... more

The owner shared this info with me regarding its quality of service.\r \r The Better Business Bureau lists Grassland Power with a (A-) rating. For this customer the BBB could not satisfy him and his credit card provider turned him down two times because they ruled that Grassland completed all work as requested by Mr. C. VISA would not rule in his favor for a partial or full refund. please understand that over the past 7 years we have thousands of very happy customers. more

Freindly staff and timely service. No other shops will work on your power equipment, machines, and recreational vehincles. Thanks! more

I dropped off two scooters to them. The first one they said was fixed and gave me a $220. bill. I was blown away but was told I had to pay that amount. Did and got the scooter home to find out they did nothing and it was doing the same thing it was doing before I took it in. Dropped it back off and was told they will fix it right away. Called about it and said it was fixed got there and there was another $330 bill!!! They said pay it or they will dispose of the scooter in 15 days.. On to the second one. They said was fixed and that my total was $75.00 on my way to pick up I was called back by them to tell me it was going to be more like $250. for the repairs. I got there and the scooter was in pieces!!! I was told the same thing pay the amount or they would dispose of my scooter. I paid the amount. Charged it back to my card and reported them to BBB. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Cons: They did not give an estimate did they work and over charged more
