I recently returned from New York and came to your restaurant with my wife and my brother. First and foremost the bar was dead, and the reason for that is because Tommy is no longer there. I have eaten at many fine dining establishments all over the country and not once, have i ever seen so many people talk so highly and have such a high regard for someone like they did about tommy. This guy honestly had his own fan club and many people would say it constently. Ive never seen anything like it. WHATEVER you have to do to get this guy back, do it, because there are many people who miss ur restaurant and the great times we had there The food is so good to. It really is. more

I really enjoy the food especialy Tommy attanding the bar. He has really made eating at the restaurant an enjoyable experience. He is an ENTERPRISING MACHINE and he delights people weather or not it is his intention to do so. He has a great sense of showmanship and presentation. more

My wife and I were looking for something different and a friend of ours recommended this restaurant. We took down the information and gave the restaurant a call for reservations. I placed a call for the reservation and the lovely lady that answered had us sold before even seeing the establishment. Upon entering you arrive at a picturesque view right out of Sicily. The valet attendant greeted us and we were confronted with pleasant music and a delightful hostess. Kathy took us to our window table that overlooked a magnificent fountain that had various water patterns and lights. Within seconds a lovely waitress approached us and indulged us with a fluent knowledge of the selections of the establishment's wine cellar. We settled on a wonderful bottle of Ruffino for our dinner and martinis to start. I must say that when my wife and I go out for dinner, we usually have to pay top dollar for the ambience and professional attention we received at Grande's. Our specials were given to us by an astutely trained waitress and we had to order 2 of them. My wife ordered the Chilean Sea Bass with lump crabmeat and I had the Veal Allan. My veal was on a wonderful bead of risotto and spinach and the mushrooms gave my taste buds a memorable sensation. We didn't converse much during our main course as both my wife and I were completely enthralled with our culinary masterpieces. I must say the Ruffino wine that Therese recommended we try was an excellent pairing. We finished off our meal with a couple of traditional cappuccinos and a piece of Tiramisu. The entire evening from ambience to food and service was one of the best we have ever encountered. I will tell you we eat out 2-3 times a week and this speaks volumes. If you want a flawless experience topped with great service and some of the best Italian Cuisine around, the Grande's Bella Cucina is the only place to go. more

15 bucks for a pizza? Bland, bland, bland! Nothing special, dry, tasteless. Way overpriced. Lousy service. Had to wait forever to be served. Waiter ignored us. Only person on the ball was the water boy. Thank you to him. Atmosphere excessive - trying too hard to be posh, was pretentious instead, especially for a strip mall. \r \r Please go elsewhere for decent pizza! One of the worse pizzas we ever had! more

was researching for fine italian food and someone told me about grandes. first, the the decor inside and out was spectacular. we decided to sit at the bar and i must say that in all my years dining our experience with tommy was something we will never forget. we were informed that the food there is all homemade. pasta, deserts, breads, etc.our seabass was super and apps were even better. when you walk into grandes ask for a gentleman named tommy and then go home and write a report on this guy. the bar was full and everyone there couldnt stop saying enough good things about him. the food is great, but its tommy, tommy, tommy everybody loves this guy. more

About the only thing they got right was the reservation. Let's start with the loud, bad, singer who was on a par with karaoke. Then the room was way too warm. We had a group of 8 people. They brought 4 rolls and 6 pieces of bruschetta. They only had 2 menus to give us and the place wasn't full. \r \r We all ordered an entree that came with a house salad. It took at least 20 minutes for a mixed green salad to arrive. The entrees took another 30 minutes. In the meantime, we were being subjected to this singer, who must be related to the owners.\r \r The salads were fine. Probably a premade mix of greens that was pleasant enough. The tomato sauce has one quality - wet. It had no taste. I had Fra Diavolo. All it had was hot and wet. No taste.\r \r Even one of the four rolls was badly burnt on the bottom.\r \r I have eaten here before and it was passable quality. This was horrific. more

I can't deny this is my favorite pizza in town! on the other hand sometimes it takes way to long. Now they have ended there cash and carry pizza special. pick up for ten bucks. they ended it because the season is starting and they are being greedy. The rich new yorkers who come down here are so lazy they are not going to pick up a pizza anyway, so all they did is lose business from people like me! more

While there is a lot of positive, I must mention the negative first. They need a new hostess, the tall blonde is rather rude, as well as the manager. She sat down with us (yes, at our table making it uncomfortable to start eating) and kept talking, telling stories about Graziella that I have never even heard from her, and I question their authenticity. I also watched her speak down to two of the workers behind the counter.\r However, the food was FABULOUS!!!!!!! Sea Bass to die for, a wine selection that is divine, as well as decadent desserts. I had Therese as a waitress, and I cannot recommend her high enough! She took us over to the bakery to get some desserts to go, and the same two employees who were being spoke down to (I cannot remember their names, but one was a tall male and the other was a cute girl with longer brown hair and a Boston accent) and they were just as blissful, assisting me with not only my desserts, but I was so sold on this place I even placed a catering order with these two fine young people!\r This place has a lot of good, but that manager is tactless and the hostess is unfriendly. Do yourself a favor, and go right over to the bar when you walk in to say Hi to Tommy or Dan, they will take care of you ! more

We visited Grande's last night. What a wonderful place. The food was perfect. The staff made us feel like we were family. The homemade blueberry pie was better than grandma's!! Our family has now found our new favorite place. more

3 of us went there based on rating from urbanspoon found the place to be very noisy, in addition this night they had a private party outside with a continuous pounding base note. Very annoying. While we found the food to be good, I thought my filet mignon to be a little dry. Should have said something but didn't. When I received the bill saw that my dish was $39.00 it was. A house special this night and the price wasn't mentioned. Didn't think my entree warranted this price or should hAve been told when the specials were read. House refused to adjust price. $30.00 would have been more in line. Will not go back . Because noise factor spoiled the evening. Service was good more

Went to the cafe section for slices last night. Never been to the main side but have thoroughly enjoyed the cafe side. Gourmet slices and great deserts. Nikita served us and couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. She was one of those uncommon "on the ball" waitresses. We'll definitely go back. more

Went for Mother's Day brunch. Had a reservation for 10:00 outside. Got there early, there wasn't a table ready. I can understand that. Then the lunch part with meats and pasta wasn't even out yet! When we complained they started bring food out. When we went inside the eggs were runny. They were out of bacon and biscuits. Nothing looked appetizing. We left without even eating. Paid for drinks and left. It's like they were not even prepared. Happy Mother's Day. I hope their usual brunch is better equipped more
