Jackie Mercer and Will Schimidt were wonderful! It was a pleasure to meet both of them and to work with them. I LOVE my new red focus. This was the first new car my husband and I have ever bought and we have been married for 18 years. We will be back for all our service and maintenance needs and the only dealership we will buy from. we took our car to this dealership to get a repair done on it, we had done this in the morning time we were told we could leave it there and they would call us and let us know whats wrong with it and it wouldnt take long, a few hours past and we still havent heard anything we called and called only being told that we have to speak to the person who took the car which she would never answer the phone, on top of that she had the worst attitude so we decided to go up there and they hadnt even looked at the car yet!!! so we had to wait another day we had decided that the actual repair was to much money to do right now so i went to pick up the car today and the cashier said the car wont start so we would have to get it towed they killed the battery and refused to fix it said we brought it to them with a weak battery its funny since the battery was already brand new and was fine when we droped it off! they ended up jumping the car but it took them a hour to bring it around the building the service advisor was awful very unfriendly and inconsiderate i will never ever bring my car there again i dont recomend this car dealership to anyone!!!!!! more

I spent many hours researching, evaluating, test driving and all three US automakers products before making my decision on which truck to buy. After owning GM(Chevy trucks) all my adult life (7) total, I thought switching to another make would be a very difficult thing to do. Debbie was there to guide me and assured me that my car would be taken care of as soon as possible. I had brought a book and snacks so I was thinking that it would be fine for awhile. My wait was not very long at all. She also explained that one of the things that was on my vehicle report actually didn?t need to be done. I live in Lewisville but don?t mind driving to Grand Prairie because the service and treatment that I receive is AWESOME!! more

Lost customer 5/16/2011

I dont even know where to begin. Auto Trader online had a deal in which they gave me a quote for the trade-in on my Jeep. It was a great offer so I decided to try GP Ford. I asked originally to only be contacted by email and that I would contact them via phone once I found a vehicle I wanted to make a deal on. I am busy all day with school and work and didnt have time to talk to a salesman. I have sold used cars myself and knew how it all went. Saturday morning came, and I had been called twice before 9am. Ridiculous. Right then I decided I wasnt going to give them my first shot so I went and visited a few other dealerships. After not having any luck finding what I wanted and a poor experience at Vangergriff Honda, I decided to go ahead and try GP Ford. As soon as I got there, I asked for the internet manager who I had previously talked to on one occasion. Brandon was very easy to work with and would get a 5 star review had the rest of his team not been such a flop. First of all, the 2008 Ford Escape I bought only had 39k miles, but already had a drivers door seal that leaks bad when it rains and I didn not know until I went to wash my car a few days later. They refused to fix it. Not only that, the alignment was off. They did offer to fix that so I had to come up on another Saturday and waste an hour a half of my time having them fix something that should have already been done. By the way, it still isnt fixed. Now it is off the other way but I do not have the time to go waste for them to try to fix it once again. Lastly, I got a call today and was informed that they gave me the WRONG LICENSE PLATES. A month later at that! Are you freaking kidding me? Their service department is obviously absolutely horrible and they have made no attempt to make things right. They got their money I suppose. They wont hesitate to brag how they got David Murphy and some of the other Texas Rangers free rides. But do you think those guys are really going to tell people to go to GP Ford? Doubtful. Would I? Absolutely had I had a better experience. I definitely will not be going there for service or to by another car. Dont go to Grand Prairie Ford. Hopefully the internet manager, Brandon, will be working for a much better dealership by time I am reayd to buy another vehicle. more
