we took our car to this dealership to get a repair done on it, we had done this in the morning time we were told we could leave it there and they would call us and let us know whats wrong with it and it wouldnt take long, a few hours past and we still havent heard anything we called and called only being told that we have to speak to the person who took the car which she would never answer the phone, on top of that she had the worst attitude so we decided to go up there and they hadnt even looked at the car yet!!! so we had to wait another day we had decided that the actual repair was to much money to do right now so i went to pick up the car today and the cashier said the car wont start so we would have to get it towed they killed the battery and refused to fix it said we brought it to them with a weak battery its funny since the battery was already brand new and was fine when we droped it off! they ended up jumping the car but it took them a hour to bring it around the building the service advisor was awful very unfriendly and inconsiderate i will never ever bring my car there again i dont recomend this car dealership to anyone!!!!!!
