BEWARE of Service Department. They took my vehicle in to service due to a check engine light. I rented a car and they said they would have it repaired the following day. Here I am 3 days later no one has even looked at it. I am out $140 in rental car fees and now I have asked them to give me my vehicle back so i can take it to a real service center. And to think I was about to let them do my other 2 vehicles hail damage! Not ever again! more

My husband purchased a F250 from this dealer less then two months ago (not a cheap vehicle). Just days after taking it home we noticed a leak. We called the dealer and we were told that it was overflow and that this was normal. As a precaution, we were told to keep an eye on it and if it worsened to bring it in after we received our warranty information in the mail. The leak did get worse, we waited for the warranty information and brought the truck in. The leak turned out to be a radiator leak..not overflow and not covered by warranty. The dealership refused to fix the issue as they stated it wasn't their problem and we had waited past the 30 days of original purchase (hope you saw my note above that they are the ones that told us to wait) and then charged us over $1000.00 to fix it. more

Grand prairie Ford Sucks! Keith Sheldon, their general Manager, and Ron Smith, a slimy sales rep are gutless, lying-scumbags. I sent a friend of 20 years as a warm lead to this poor excuse for a car lot, and they ripped her head off. Both Keith Sheldon and Ron Smith were both two gutless to return an email or phone call. And, apparently they are too gutless to respond to the BBB. Grand Prairie Ford has an F- rating with the BBB buyer beware!!!!! more

My service writer was fantastic. Good company employee and also looked out for his customer being handled properly. He went the second mile taking care of his (your) customers. I've recommended him and GPF to friends and they have come to see you. They were as well pleased as we. Repairs are always proper and complete and you group is excellent on fast turns of preventive maintenance issues such as oil changes and tire rotations. Great job! Beware 3/30/2012

Beware - If you feel like getting the run around and being treated awful then go to Grand Prairie Ford. Our visit was less than even unsatisfactory. Our first sales person could not even locate keys to one of the vehicles we wanted to look at. Then the one we wanted to drive had no gas. Really!! Yes, that's challenging but the next step was the worst. Mr Ivy was awful! I was shocked at his unprofessional and rude behavior as a member of the GP Ford staff. I would rate our visit as threatening, unprofessional, unsatisfactory, shall I continue... proceed with caution. The process forced one star which was not my choice! more
