Breached our signed contract and didn?t fulfill the services 6/27/2011

I called Grand Oaks Heating & Cooling with my zoning needs and they gave me the proposal that we both agreed and signed. We also agreed on the installation date but they never showed up to get the things done. When I called them later they told me that that proposal is not valid and raised the price on me by around $2000.00. I just wasted 2 months of my time trying to get hold of them. Now when I called them they never return my calls. I definitely don't recommend them to any one because of their unreliable services and worst customer services. more

Worst Customer Service Ever 6/3/2011

I called in Tues. 5-31-11 spoke with Stacy she was very slow at answering any questions, was placed on hold 3 times, then i was transfered to a guy who was rude and quick like he didnt have time to answer any questions he just wanted to set up a call and he said he didnt think it was what was wrong with it but till some one come out cant tell for sure, so first person didnt know any thing and took forever then next person knew some about my unit. this is a money hungery company who has no idea what they are doing i would never use there service especially since most serv techs i was told are in training, but you dont det a discount while they learn. more
