I called in Tues. 5-31-11 spoke with Stacy she was very slow at answering any questions, was placed on hold 3 times, then i was transfered to a guy who was rude and quick like he didnt have time to answer any questions he just wanted to set up a call and he said he didnt think it was what was wrong with it but till some one come out cant tell for sure, so first person didnt know any thing and took forever then next person knew some about my unit. this is a money hungery company who has no idea what they are doing i would never use there service especially since most serv techs i was told are in training, but you dont det a discount while they learn.
