Didn't know much about the car 3/18/2014

First off - I love this car! Hybrid Crosstrek My salesperson was nice enough but brand new and didn't know much about the car. I had a question about the tire repair kit and a 'manager' came out to show me where the spare tire was located. He looked at me like I was an idiot when I told him the hybrid didn't have a spare. He was trying to pull up the rear box by the battery compartment which clearly says do not remove... There were a few other uncomfortable and typical 'car salesman' type dealings. Durango Subaru dealer was much more straight forward and honest, they just didn't have the model and options I wanted. more

Exactly what I wanted! 3/15/2014

From the beginning I felt as though they wanted me to make the decision. I never felt pressure. They listened, patiently answered all my questions and gave me the information i needed to make sure i got what I wanted, not what they wanted to sell. I hope this is the dawn of a new way to sell cars. more

Washing car after a routine oil change is a great touch. All the people in the department are knowledgeable and helpful and are a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended this service department many times over the years. more

Both Paul and Jimmy are friendly and easy to work with. Paul listened to what my needs are and helped me find the car that best fit my needs. Jimmy found me a great interest rate with payments I can afford. I feel like I got a good deal at Grand Junction Subaru. more

Excellent Customer Service in Service Department 3/7/2014

The only reason I don't give this business 5 stars is due to a minor hiccup we had with an oil change - but it was an accident and Subaru quickly remedied the problem. The staff in the service department is great. Zach was very helpful and great with follow through. I will continue to bring my Subaru Outback here for service. more
