First off - I love this car! Hybrid Crosstrek
My salesperson was nice enough but brand new and didn't know much about the car. I had a question about the tire repair kit and a 'manager' came out to show me where the spare tire was located. He looked at me like I was an idiot when I told him the hybrid didn't have a spare. He was trying to pull up the rear box by the battery compartment which clearly says do not remove... There were a few other uncomfortable and typical 'car salesman' type dealings. Durango Subaru dealer was much more straight forward and honest, they just didn't have the model and options I wanted.
