consistent performance 2/6/2014

have worked with this location since 1998. purchased 2 cars and serviced a total of 4 subarus throughout that time. friendly, professional staff that cares about their work. good "bedside manor" when breaking tough news. would love to trade here for the rest of my life. more

trust worthy 2/6/2014

I had a damaged route and had to get all four replaced. Thank goodness we purchased the tire plan when we bought our 2013 legacy. Would be a five but they didn't have the tires in stock so had to wait a week for them to come in, then they ordered the wrong size, but quickly found is another set in town. It's great having a trust worthy place to take my car! more

Great Place for Service 2/4/2014

I have had all my service on my 2011 Outback done at Grans Junction Subaru since my initial purchase. They are friendly, professional, very good to answer questions and I have never felt they were trying to take advantage of me by doing unnecessary service work. more

I left my car in the morning and they promptly got me in (even though I was 10 minutes late) got me to work and it was ready when I returned. Great service lots of smiles :) more

I was new to the area and needed a 4 wheel drive car to get around in the snow. I was referred to subaru from co workers. when I went in Jeremy helped me find a car that was less money that what I wanted to spend. He listened to what I wanted and I bought the first car I drove. Friendly customer service and great cars! 5/8/2012

I just purchased a 2005 Outback 2.5i and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Our sales associate, Dave Isaacks, was very patient and informative while being very easy to deal with. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and made sure that our purchase went smoothly and stress-free. In the future, I will not hesitate to return to Grand Junction Subaru for all of my automotive needs (I hear they have a killer service department!), and will recommend that my friends and family do the same. more
