Top notch from start to finish. My wife and I recently moved to Loganville, GA from Phoenix, Arizona and this store is a few miles from our new home. I had a few interactions with the owner while shopping for some office furniture, and chose to stop in while searching for a new bedroom set. \r \r Ali helped us out and was extremely fair with pricing. We had our bedroom set delivered within 5 days, and the crew that delivered it was top notch. They moved the remaining items in my master bedroom that were too heavy for my wife and I to our guest bedroom in no time. They were swift and extremely cautious to not bump or scratch anything. \r \r They completely assembled all of the new items and were in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Atlanta area shopping for furniture Their pricing and customer service make it worth the drive if you aren't from the area. I can't compliment them enough on their stellar service. After setting everything up, we realized there was an issue with the mattress that was delivered. Within a few hours, they were back to my house with a new mattress and took the first one away. Phenomenal business! I own a business myself, and it's very hard to find companies that are doing things so well anymore. Thanks Grand Furniture! more

I am very pleased with my furniture and service i received from grand furniture, i was told it will take 7-10 days for my furniture, to my surprise 5 days later they called to arrange for my furniture delivery.\r the delivery crew also very helpful , i asked them to move few things from room to room so they called the store to got approval and they moved it for me without any hesitation.\r i will go back and recommend others. more

My parents purchased a few items from Grand Furniture almost two months ago and paid in advance. They are still waiting for a corner piece to come. I have called the store at least 10 times since and whenever I call they give me a different date of arrival and a different excuse why the item is not delivered. I called them on saturday and the guy promissed that he will call me first thing monday morning and that did not happen! A lady called me on Wed. and told me that the item will arrive next tuesday. It is sad to say...but I do not believe a thing these people say! ... The quality of this item is not great either (for the price my parent paid) so I have no idea what is taking so long!! more

this store have nice selection of furniture and people working there treated me like family, i highly recommend this store more
