Top notch from start to finish. My wife and I recently moved to Loganville, GA from Phoenix, Arizona and this store is a few miles from our new home. I had a few interactions with the owner while shopping for some office furniture, and chose to stop in while searching for a new bedroom set. \r

Ali helped us out and was extremely fair with pricing. We had our bedroom set delivered within 5 days, and the crew that delivered it was top notch. They moved the remaining items in my master bedroom that were too heavy for my wife and I to our guest bedroom in no time. They were swift and extremely cautious to not bump or scratch anything. \r

They completely assembled all of the new items and were in and out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the Atlanta area shopping for furniture Their pricing and customer service make it worth the drive if you aren't from the area. I can't compliment them enough on their stellar service. After setting everything up, we realized there was an issue with the mattress that was delivered. Within a few hours, they were back to my house with a new mattress and took the first one away. Phenomenal business! I own a business myself, and it's very hard to find companies that are doing things so well anymore. Thanks Grand Furniture!
