Review content:
My parents purchased a few items from Grand Furniture almost two months ago and paid in advance. They are still waiting for a corner piece to come. I have called the store at least 10 times since and whenever I call they give me a different date of arrival and a different excuse why the item is not delivered. I called them on saturday and the guy promissed that he will call me first thing monday morning and that did not happen! A lady called me on Wed. and told me that the item will arrive next tuesday. It is sad to say...but I do not believe a thing these people say! ... The quality of this item is not great either (for the price my parent paid) so I have no idea what is taking so long!!
