This is one of the best of best Chinese and Pan Asian Restaurant in Buckhead. The variety of food is outstanding. The exotic drinks are fantastic! The price is great and there is no problem for parking. This is Buckhead's finest restaurant that you must try! \r \r The management team is so professional. They really care for their customers. You will be happy and comfortable with the staff not to mention the special attention from the owner who has been there over twenty eight years!\r \r A fantastic restaurant that you and your friends must try! I'm not sure what other reviewers were ranting about, when they said that this place was bad. I've never had a bad experience here. The food is top notch. The staff, while international are incredibly welcoming, friendly and kind. Mr. & Mrs. Chang do a great job being hosts, always stopping by asking how the meal is, and offering up unsual and entertaining stories. \r \r This place has been here since the 1970s, and while it has changed, it's always been for the better. They've expanded the menu to offer even more kinds of food, redone the exterior, and are always accomodating to special requests. For all the new restaurants that have been coming up in the past few years, this one has been there before them all...and is still here. That should tell you something about the quality of this establishment. Pros: Great location, wonderful help, wide selection of dishes Cons: Parking could be a bit better... more

I am a regular customer from Columbia for the past ten years. The House Fried Rice is the best in town!! The Ice Teas are the best and the Chicken Wings are outstanding!! I eat at the Grand China Restaurant in Buckhead five times a week for lunch. I Love the Place!! I highly recommend this restaurant to you. more

This chinese food is awesome! I live in Lithonia, GA and we drive 35 miles to Buckhead to eat this chinese food. It is so good. The lunch specials are reasonably priced but dinner gets a bit pricey. It's not the prettiest in the inside and the only annoyance factor is that the manager continuously circles around you like a shark asking you how everything tastes. That's a bit uncomfortable. Great food though! Pros: Great food Cons: Management is annoying more

I love asian food and Grand China Restaurant is always one of my first choice when it comes to "going out" for lunch. They have large variety of foods and everything is delicious. They always serve it hot and fresh. I highly recommend Grand China Restaurant to everybody. Lunch or dinner! more

This was a great place to have a business lunch. food was awesome. service fanatastic. Try the garlic shrimp. really fresh shrimp and very crispy. had a tropical drink called lemon drop. not to pwerful but very tasty for lunch. The kind to have so you can go back to work! maybe the best egg roll ever. Very crispy! Highly recommend it. more

The greatest chinese restaurant in Buckhead!! I have been here for lunch as well as for dinner, and I must say that this is the best chinese restaurant I've been so far!! You must come and try this experience with your wife and children. The owners are great as well as the hostess! Their menu is very exotic - They even have Thai and Japanese Food!!\r \r A wonderful and fantantics place!!! Pros: great parking and good price more

This restaurant has been here for years and one trip and you'll know why. They have Thai, Chinese and some Japanese. The waitstaff always remembers you name and your story. The food is very affordable and EXQUISITE! The best spring rolls and Pad Thai I've every had. There is a large amount of parking behind the building. Great ice cream to. Great place for the whole family. PROS: Everything ROCKS! CONS: None more

The food is consistently good. We live in Northern Cobb County, but travel to Buckhead to the Golden China when we have a taste for Chinese food. The service is fast, and the hosts are very sociable. more

Grand China Restaurant has been serving authentic Asian cuisine since 1978. The menu has now expanded beyond traditional Cantonese food to include Pan Asian selections. With over 250 items on the menu, you will find delicious Japanese, Thai and Chinese dishes in addition to Vietnamese and Malay appetizers.
