Prompt service, friendly and professional 3/13/2014

I have used Gordies since 2004 for gas and regular maintainence since 2004 and have been impressed with the level of customer service including mechanical knowlege, prompt service with flat tires, and honest recommendations regarding my 1995 Dodge pick up truck to "keep it ticking". more

Auto Maintenance/repair 3/8/2014

Courteous, worked on requested items only, prompt. However, battery replacement was not completed properly--mounted crooked in holder, brackets for accelerator cable were not replaced where they attached to battery holder and firewall--just left dangling to flop around when driving. Ended up fixing that myself. more

Great caring service 2/28/2014

I recently spent a good amount of money on my car and new exactly where to bring my car, Gordie's. I have been there a total of four times for wide range of things and every time I've gone in they treat me right and don't dance around the problem. I know when leaving my car there my car is under great care because they give off a caring attitude and will go out of there way to satisfy me as a customer. Also i rather give my money to smaller business that cares instead of Walmart and etc. more

Gordie's BP family service 2/25/2014

We so appreciate the services at Gordie's over the more than 40 years we have lived in Winona. Whatever the need, Gordie's staff has given great service and advice. The air for tires is convenient for my bike, and your installing used parts and new tires has kept the old clunker on the road with good gas mileage. We are old friends and look forward to more assistance in the future. Thanks. more

It's not part of a larger chain but locally owned I believe. Staff is generally pleasant and accommodating. The price is reasonable/competitive. Services available evenings and weekends very significant for my lifestyle! more

Interested 1/25/2014

I appreciate that your service dept was genuinely interested in the issue we felt we had last time. They listened to my concerns and looked into them. They also did what they felt was fair in addressing them for us. There are several ways they could have reacted to my concerns, but each person I spoke with chose the "high road" and that is a place I would like to do business with in the future. Thank you! more

We appreciated your help with diagnosing the problem and then checking with us before proceeding as the problem was under warranty from the dealer. In the recent past you were able to find a matching replacement tire for us when our dealership could not. We are a one car family and appreciate having such great assistance available right in the neighborhood, within walking distance. more
