They have shown amazing ingenuity when dealing with the fragility of my son's "junker," at a fair price, as well as servicing my new Audi with the kind of care she deserves and I expect. Did oposite what was asked/explain 2/28/2015

Told them two times now what type of oil I want in there... 5w-40 (used in full synthetic vw) told both times it would be put in my vehicle. Of course when I pick it up 5w-30 is in there. Usually not a big deal except my car is old and burns oil and I need to add oil every once in awhile and need to add some from the oil I already own. Don't tell someone what type of oil you will put in and then not do it, my receipt even says 40 but sticker says 30... more

I went in for an oil change and a squeak. They found the squeak, had the parts, and fixed it the same day. Perfect, one stop and everything is quiet. Very happy with the service. more

labor cost 1/23/2015

i noticed that my vehicle which was in for a driveshaft replacement (which I had to find myself) was done and sitting out side in about 45 min. (my job driving took me past there every 15 min, so I know) The labor charge was $120. + , which I think is double what it should have been. We take our vehicle there because of good service, we don't appreciate being gouged in labor cost, especially when I had to get the part myself. Your price quoted for the shaft was $1500. and couldn't get one, I got it for $295. (included shipping) in 2 days. more

Great Service and Communication 1/15/2015

I went in for an oil change and they also replaced a headlight. The also noticed that the front tires were worn and were able to replace them that day. The prices are very reasonable and it is a pleasure to talk with the technicians and managers. more
