Told us to go to the transmission repair man ourselves even though we paid gordies for the repair.

When I got there we talked about my car issues then they took a look and have me options for repairs. The work was finished in the estimated time and the cost was under the estimate too, not like a lot of other shops! more

Perhaps a more personal touch? 11/25/2014

Thanks for asking. I felt I wasn't given much attention and quoted an excessive amount for my vehicle repairs at $1200 for 2 new front struts and sway bars?!! Actually, I only need one strut and my sway bars are fine. Real cost of $350+/-.. Keep it honest and a bit more friendly, I'd say. Make sure your techs are online with service and accurate diagnostics. Make sure EVERYONE walking in the door feels completely taken care of during their time with you. I know a few people that do that there....Gerry Kapsner and Adrian Lagace. I've had oil changes and other repairs done by Gordies in the past. No problems there at all. Again, thanks for asking. more

Awesome work! They called me after they looked at my car to let me know the price and to make sure that I still wanted them to proceed with fixing my car. Got a new part and put in within about 3 hours. Very impressive! more

I've been bringing in cars to Gordies since 1992 and will continue to do so because of my level of confidence in their work. They always tell me what's needed, why it's needed and a cost estimate before working on my car and the work is done on time. I won't let anyone else work on the car. If they can't fix it, it's probably time for me to get a different car. more

Did not take long for a call back. Very quick service and helpful workers. I would strongly recommend to anyone in the area. The only downfall was the charge for diagnosis. more

Great Customer Service 9/26/2014

Scheduled installation of new tires. Traveling 10 hours one way this weekend, they installed the tires, gave everything a look over, and had me on my way in 40 minutes. Good, consistent customer care keeps me coming back to Gordie's! more
