me and my spouse saved all our money and bought a susuki suv for our family.... little that we knew the car didnt last us 24 hours. we was promised that the car was in good condition and then it broke down (didnt want to start) while we were in mcdonald drive right across from pfluger auto center waipahu. it was embarrassin plus we had our small kids with us. when we walked across the street, over to pfluger waipahu and told them about it they just LAUGHED...and said that we cant get our money back because we signed papers.... can u believe that...they must have cold hearts dey dont care about my family nor anyone for that matter. GOD WILL BUNISH THEM FOR ALL THEIR CORRPUTIONS..... PLEASE DONT GO THERE.... WALK AWAY AND DONT BUY INTO THEIR TRICKS...... Pros: n/a Cons: LIERS AND CORRUPTED COMPANY more

If you want ripped off buy a car here 1/10/2009

We were charged almost 10,000.00 more than what the car was worth. The car had to have brakes replaced and the radio broke less than a week after we bought it and they would not fix either of them. The monthly payment they told us when we signed the papers was not what the finance company wanted each month (but the price they told us was one we could afford). They are rude when you try to fix problems after the car is bought and just all around a bad dealership. If your thinking of buying a car stay away from them! Pros: very helpful when they are getting you to buy the car Cons: they lie and do not want to help when problems arise more

Car 8/25/2008

My husband and I went there last year to trade in our car. We were looking for something that we like and what not. So anyways, for some when we found the simple that we like, I felt something wasnt right. We got the Ford Focus. But you know they told us that this car's in good condtion and there is nothing wrong with it. Little did we know, the termostat was not in condition. Then when my husband went back there again a week later to have them check the termostat, it was cut funny kind. They were charging us $500 for it and my husband said he is not going to pay for it because they didnt check real good. Now I dont recommend anyone to go. Pros: car Cons: not right more

Avoid! Turn and run the other way! 3/19/2008

I went here a few months ago and they sold me a Dodge Durango. The were supposed to take my car as trade in and then refused to. We needed them to take the car as trade in because we told them we could not afford two car payments. The sales man lied to us at every turn. They said they could get us the low payment that we wanted($300) and told us one payment amount but we actually have to pay another(almost $600). Then the sales man calls me and says to me that if the bank calls I need to do him a favor. He wanted me to lie to the bank and tell them that I received a disability check every month for something I've had since I was a kid. I asked him what that would be? and he said they won't ask what your disability is.....we had to tell them that to get you a better rate. I was appauld! So when the bank called I told them everything. However, it doesn't look like much has been done about it. Also, they sold us a lemon. We have had nothing but problems with the Durango since we got it. The radiator blew we needed a whole new one of those, the main brake cylander is leaking....those had to be replaced, the reservar for the windsheild wiper fluid had to be replaced, the key had to be replaced because it quit working and now we are told that the brakes and roters need replacing and it is going to cost $525 (not under warrenty). We've only had the car since January and it only has 25,000 miles on it. Now come on! Don't ever go here! Don't trust a word that comes out of their mouths. They lie and cheat. Very bad dealership! Be warned! Pros: Their are NONE! Cons: bad service, liars, cheats, sell bad vehicles, and the list goes on...... more

Worst dealership on the island 10/22/2007

Avoid this dealership at all costs. My first visit to them was about a month ago. I noticed they had a 2002 Land Rover Discovery on the lot for a very good price. The salesman told me I could take the car for the weekend to try it out, I just had to leave my trade-in ( a 2005 Subaru WRX ) as collateral. I didn't know any better, so I said ok. When I went to return the Land Rover after 3 days, I found out that they had sold my WRX! I never filled out any paperwork, so they have no title, and they still sold it. I had to report the car stolen, so now some poor fool is out there driving a stolen car, thinking that he bought it legally. On top of this, now Pflueger is trying to pressure me into signing away the title to them. They are calling and harassing my family members (many of whom arent even on this island), and calling my Command (I'm military) and lying to them to try to get me in trouble. General Sales Manager Bob Belvess is a complete and utter joke, I had to get a lawyer involved to even get him on the phone. The entire staff is extremely rude, unless they think they're getting on you. Bob must come from the Waffle House school of customer service. The fact that he is wasting his life away at a lowly used car lot is evidence of Karma at work. I just wish I had the foresight to know how dirty this company was before I did business with them.\r \r Pros: They'll take any trade-in, regardless of condition Cons: Your new car could have been reported stolen!!!!!! more
