Avoid this dealership at all costs. My first visit to them was about a month ago. I noticed they had a 2002 Land Rover Discovery on the lot for a very good price. The salesman told me I could take the car for the weekend to try it out, I just had to leave my trade-in ( a 2005 Subaru WRX ) as collateral. I didn't know any better, so I said ok. When I went to return the Land Rover after 3 days, I found out that they had sold my WRX! I never filled out any paperwork, so they have no title, and they still sold it. I had to report the car stolen, so now some poor fool is out there driving a stolen car, thinking that he bought it legally. On top of this, now Pflueger is trying to pressure me into signing away the title to them. They are calling and harassing my family members (many of whom arent even on this island), and calling my Command (I'm military) and lying to them to try to get me in trouble. General Sales Manager Bob Belvess is a complete and utter joke, I had to get a lawyer involved to even get him on the phone. The entire staff is extremely rude, unless they think they're getting on you. Bob must come from the Waffle House school of customer service. The fact that he is wasting his life away at a lowly used car lot is evidence of Karma at work. I just wish I had the foresight to know how dirty this company was before I did business with them.\r
