I'm a previous Goodyear fanboy until I encountered the Salem, Mass. Goodyear. I've been a Goodyear customer for 3.5 years & was extremely satisfied in a different location. Well, I moved & now this is my local Goodyear so I was hoping for the best but it was the worst!!\r

I bought some Tire Rack snows & knew what the pricing should be to mount/balance but I always like to confirm. I headed down early one Saturday morning & it went bad from the get-go:\r

1) The Manager's sweet mid-late 90's Chevy Tahoe (complete with rims cool in 1993) was parked right outside the door & customers were forced to park as far away as possible (this was an ominous sign of things to come)\r
2) The Manager was not the most friendly guy at the outset (& it got worse)\r
3) I asked for a quote for mounting & balancing 4 tires (specifically not mentioning Tire Rack) & got $148 back for a quote!!! This is not a misprint, I guess they
