When I moved into a new home, I hired Good Sounds Home Theater to take care of all the electronics. This entailed an extensive system, including CD player, speakers, amplifiers, televisions, and all the wiring. The final product is satisfactory--even though there are still a few glitches--but the process has taken far longer than I anticipated.
Good Sounds is a high-end company, and when I hired them they made the installation seem like a seamless procedure. It's taken six or seven months now, and they still haven't ironed everything out. They haven't done a very good job of keeping me informed of their progress, nor have they set, or kept to, solid deadlines. All of the subcontractors they referred, such as painters and drywall people, have been good, but the overall time and follow-up has been poor. I feel that they are not doing what's best for me.
Good Sounds could have kept me more up to date and been more urgent with pending projects. I'm more or less happy with the product, but not the execution.
