Review content:
Had a great initial meeting with them and signed a contract for a big job. They told me they were going to come and never showed up. I Had to hunt them down to find out what the deal was. Once they arrived they tried to do a bait and switch by up-charging everything. Once the system was installed it did sound good, but had major problems. They were very slow to respond to my problems. The owner of the company was just satisfied to get his money and not about servicing his clients. To this day there is still problems, but will not use them. I recommend getting at least three companies to bid on your job before making a decision. If you do deal with the owner of Good Sounds or his son be very careful.
